Import & Export

We have very recently expanded our door towards Import & Export. We are importing
mainly electronic goods originating from China. Our recent project includes importing
various types of intelligent door lock systems including thumbprint operated,
Keypad, Proximity Reader lock systems. We are in the process of importing our first
lot from Korea. Our Key personal for this venture is starting frequent visits to Korea.
We are negotiating some very exclusive deals with our Korean counterpart. In the
Export department we are processing a deal of export perishable materials from
here to Korea. We are hoping to close some of the deals within July 2004.

Customs Clearing & Forwarding

One of our sister concern is Al Gailany Syndicate. The major operation of this company is
customs clearing and Forwarding (C&F). We have been offering these services more that
six years now. Our main working port is Zia International Airport. We also work on other
ports as well such as Benapol, Chittagong and ICD, Dhaka. The key personal of this
